BAMA SPEED CLINICS
This will be a 2 hour session where swimmers will swim past underwater cameras and receive technical feedback from a member of the coaching staff. This would be a great opportunity for a swimmer to receive top notch technical feedback and see themselves swim from and underwater perspective.

Please join the University of Alabama Swimming coaching staff for the 2025 BAMA SPEED CLINIC.
Getting better at swimming is all about getting FASTER. And the only way you get faster is by working on your SPEED! We cut out all the fluff of the traditional swim camp model to bring you a high-quality SPEED based clinic to take your swimming to the next level!
These clinics will be a firsthand experience in developing BAMA SPEED in the water. Learn from one of the greatest coaches in the country and American Record Holder, Margo Geer.

- Check in: 10:00 am
- Dyland & in water instructions 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
- Lunch 12:30 pm - 1:00 pm
- Dyland & in water instruction 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
- Checkout 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
